NOTICE OF OCCUPANCY: FRENDS HOUSE NO LONGER CONDEMNED - As of March 21, 2008 the Frends crew is permitted to move back into their house. The house was condemned on January 28th the day after the Frends descended upon their homestead to celebrate the victories of Frend Kevin Pearce at Winter X Games 2008. Authorities deemed the house and the activities happening within the run down structure a hazard to the neighborhood. Keir Dillon, Mason Aguirre, Scotty Lago, Danny Davis, Jack Mitrani, Kevin Pearce and Luke, Mitrani were given notice this morning that they could move back in to the Frends house. Authorities remain on high alert this weekend, knowing that the Frends are in Stratton, Vermont competing in the legendary US Open of Snowboarding and well aware of what can happen at the residence Saturday evening once the Frends return to celebrate their last competition of the 2008 season.
